Retrieve a single client broker by its Kalepa row UUID or by your own client_broker_id. The path value is auto-detected by shape (a UUID is read as the row UUID, anything else as your client_broker_id); pass id_type to force the interpretation. When targeting by client_broker_id, use org_group / sub_org_group to select a specific scope. Because a client_broker_id may legitimately map to more than one broker row, a lookup that resolves to multiple rows is rejected — target such rows by their UUID.
